All our help lines are answered normally within 3 rings by a person 'not a machine' and this is usually a technician. In the unlikely event that all our technicians are occupied, you still won't be passed on to an answerphone or voicemail, one of our non technical staff will answer and to save you hanging on, will take a message and one our technicians will call you straight back.


If you would prefer to email your question to us, no problem, you will be given a dedicated email address and any emails sent to this address will automatically create a service ticket and notify an engineer immediately. The progress of this ticket can then be monitored by the client through our website.

The reason that we are able to respond quickly to phone calls, is because our pro-active monitoring software is just that "Pro Active". We are not receiving large numbers of calls because we are not reacting to issues, we are preventing them from occuring in the first place.
